reserve team PRACTICE tunnels
Any VSC members on the team do not have to pay a fee to enter a practice. All non-members are required to pay a $15 per player per hour fee. Your coach/admin will pre-pay for the reservation with a $45 per tunnel non-refundable deposit. The coach/admin is responsible for collecting fees from the team as reimbursement. Team practice reservations are for no more than two tunnels per hour. Additional tunnels and/or additional time is subject to availability and will incur additional usage fees. Submitting this reservation request online is just that, a request.
This reservation is only paying the $45 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, but your card will not be charged until we confirm availability.
All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy, so please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time.
When a team rents a space, the coach/admin must provide a roster of every participant/player prior to the reservation time in order to send/receive our online Liability Waiver/Contract from every participant/player parent/guardian. Those without a waiver signed online will not be permitted to participate.
RENT PRACTICE SPACE (no nets)
The tunnel netting is all retractable, allowing a large open area of play to be utilized by group sports such as soccer and football (both flag and tackle). We offer several practice area sizes to be rented by the hour with advanced booking by clicking the button below. Those without a waiver signed online will not be permitted to participate.
*Baseball/softball teams seeking an indoor practice area during inclement weather do NOT need to rent space to use the indoor tunnels. Practice areas are only required when the netting is pulled back and the mats and machines are required to to be relocated out of the way. For team baseball/softball practices held inside using tunnels, any members of the VSC would just come in during the scheduled practice time as part of their membership, whereas all Non-Member players would be required to pay a $15 fee at the door.
Any practices held outside on the turf area, are required to rent/reserve the practice space in advance and also must provide a roster of every participant/player prior to the reservation time in order to send/receive our online Liability Waiver/Contract from every players parent/guardian. Each player is required to check in at the front desk and get a wristband before accessing the field. Those without a waiver signed online will not be permitted to participate.
