  • Notes: Valderrama is known for its narrow fairways and demanding layout, requiring precision and strategy. 

Please note that the difficulty categorizations are based on general assessments and may vary depending on individual skill levels

·  The simulator is not intended for use by persons (including minors) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or by individuals lacking experience and knowledge, unless supervised and instructed by someone responsible for their safety.

·  Minors should be supervised to ensure they do not use the simulator in a manner contrary to these guidelines or its intended use.

·  Minimum age requirement: Participants must be at least 14 years old to use the simulator.

·  Use of the simulator while under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited.

·  The ball must hit the screen — do not hit golf shots that will not strike the impact screen first.

·  Lob shots, flop shots, and other high-trajectory shots are not accommodated in the simulator and may result in damage or injury.

·  Mishits or shots that leave the booth may result in damage to the surrounding area or injury to others. Always aim for the center of the screen and avoid hitting framing or any object that could deflect the ball.

·  People must always remain at least 5 feet behind the golfer in the hitting zone.

·  Do not step on the projector box. It is not designed to support more than 30 lbs.

·  Only Volusia Sports Center staff may operate the simulator computer or software.Guests are not permitted to adjust settings, change courses, or access system controls without staff approval.

These rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all players and guests:

·  No unaccompanied minors in the simulator area. We love kids, but safety comes first.

·  Tee times are required. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to simulator availability.

·  24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You may reschedule on your own through Square up to the 24-hour mark.
• After that point, contact staff to reschedule via:
• Square messaging
• Email: volusiasportscenter@yahoo.com (outside business hours)
• Call/Text: 386-872-0571 (during business hours)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tee time.

·  Proper footwear is required. Golf shoes or running shoes only. No metal spikes or open-toed shoes allowed.

·  Surveillance is in use. Players and guests acknowledge that The Volusia Sports Center is under video surveillance. Tampering with or damaging cameras will result in repair costs and financial liability.

·  Photography & Video Use:

• Guests may take photos and videos for personal use but must obtain permission before capturing others.
• The Volusia Sports Center may record or use photos/videos for promotional purposes without prior permission from guests.
• If using personal clubs, ensure all club faces are clean before play.

·  Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed on or around the simulators at any time.

·  Food and beverages must be kept in the designated table and chair area.

·  No food or drinks may be taken out of the golf room or into the batting cage/turf area.

·  Participants who have consumed alcohol may not use the batting cages.

·  Players are responsible for all equipment inside the simulator.

·  No swinging of clubs outside of the simulator area.

·  Only one person is allowed inside the simulator area at a time.

·  Always check your surroundings before swinging to ensure no people or obstacles are in your swing zone.

·  All shots must be directed forward toward the hitting screen.

·  Practice swings must be taken only on the designated hitting mat.

·  Play smart and safe. Always be aware of your surroundings and respect others’ space.

·  Report any accidents immediately.

·  Players and guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow these rules.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in the cancellation of your remaining simulator time without refund.
