Indoor Team Practices
Pricing:
- Members: No fee to participate in team practices.
- Non-Members: $15 per player for a 1-hour practice, or $25 per player for a 2-hour practice.
Reservation Process:
- Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit per tunnel, per hour, is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will be applied to the final payment.
- Payment Responsibility: The coach/admin is responsible for pre-paying the reservation and collecting fees from the team for reimbursement.
Additional Details:
- Team practices are limited to two tunnels per hour unless additional space is approved.
- All participants must have signed waivers (guardian-signed if under 18) and be listed on a team roster provided at least 24 hours before the reservation.
- Indoor tunnel reservations do not include outdoor practice time, which must be booked separately.
Tunnel Recommendations:
- Baseball Teams (12 and older): Tunnels 6, 7A, & 7B (considered one tunnel for practices).
- Baseball Teams (9-11 years old): Tunnels 2 & 3.
- T-Ball Teams (5-8 years old): Tunnels 1 & 2.
- Softball Teams: Tunnels 4 & 5.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Additional Requirements:
- A team roster including all players’ first and last names must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the practice time.
- All participants must check in at the front desk before entering the facility.
- All participants and spectators must also have a signed waiver on file. Guardians must complete waivers for participants under 18. No waiver, no participation—no exceptions.
Outdoor TEAM Tunnel/turf Reservations
Outdoor Tunnel and Turf Practices
Pricing:
- Flat Rate: $100 per hour for up to 15 players.
- Members: No fee to participate.
- Non-Members: Split the $100 fee among themselves. The coach/admin is responsible for collecting these fees from the team for reimbursement.
Included Amenities:
- Tunnel 8 (60 ft. x 11 ft.) for baseball or softball.
- 1,500 sq. ft. turf area adjacent to Tunnel 8.
- Use of the 10,000 sq. ft. turf field (if available, not guaranteed).
- Baseball pitch mound (available upon request).
- L-screen for front tossing.
- Buckets of baseballs and softballs.
- New LED lights for evening practices.
Reservation Process:
- Full Payment: The $100 fee must be paid in full by the coach/admin at the time of booking.
- Confirmation: Availability must be confirmed before payment is processed. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee booking.
Rules for Use:
- Do not throw baseballs outside of Tunnel 8 near the dumpster enclosure to avoid damaging the white vinyl fence. Teams will be held liable for repairs.
Restroom Access:
- Teams booked for outdoor tunnels or turf can access restrooms by going up the metal staircase and using the restroom in the upstairs mezzanine.
Parent/Spectator Guidelines:
- Waiver Requirement: All parents/spectators must sign a liability waiver before entering the fenced-in area or the upstairs mezzanine, even if only using the restroom.
- Observation Options: Parents who stay for practice may wait in the parent mezzanine to watch from the cameras or bring a chair to sit in the concrete area. Be mindful of potential rogue balls in the area.
Cancellation & Weather Policy:
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Full credit will be issued for use toward an indoor reservation (if available) or a future outdoor reservation.
- Standard Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

RENT OPen indoor SPACE (no nets)
The tunnel netting is all retractable, allowing a large open area of play to be utilized by group sports such as soccer and football (both flag and tackle). We offer several practice area sizes to be rented by the hour with advanced booking by clicking the button below.

Renting open indoor areas are only required when the tunnel netting is pulled back and the mats and machines are required to be relocated out of the way.
