A signed liability waiver must be in our system to enter the facility. This includes all guests.

Note: Memberships are only required for baseball and softball. Sports like soccer and football do not need memberships.

We understand that situations arise that may require a temporary hold to your pre-purchased multi-month membership package. Should your participant suffer an injury preventing use of the facility, or extended travel plans over the summer, please fill out the Membership Freeze Request Form.
*A freeze must be a minimum of 14 days but no more than 60 days..
Our membership purchases are not automatically set up on autopay.
Autopay is available upon request. Should you like to cancel your autopay, once a reoccurring invoice is established, simply notify us that you would like to discontinue autopay and we will immediately cancel your autopay set up.
Multi-month membership packages are available to provide a discount on your total purchase, therefore these packages are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Should you like to sell/gift your package to a friend/family member, simply let us know in writing the participants name who will be taking over your account and we will make these changes in our system.
