No, memberships are not required but the cost to use an individual tunnel is $45/hr. or $25 for a 1/2-hour session. The main benefit to having a membership is that it is a cost savings if you plan to come more than a few times per month to use our batting cages for hitting/pitching. If your entire baseball/softball team comes in for a practice and you do not have a membership the cost is $15/hr. per player. Practice spaces rented by the hour for soccer or football practices do not require membership but do require waivers to be signed by all participants.

Each of our instructors will have their own schedule of availability and their own price rates. You will be required to use our online booking and pay in advance for a private lesson at the VSC. Our instructors are some of the the best you'll find at any level. Their time is valuable therefore we enforce a strict cancellation/no show policy.
No, our doors are only unlocked when staff is there to manage the facility. Please see our hours of operation.
Yes, children are welcomed upstairs but we have created our Kid's Club room to offer toddlers a safe space to play and stay occupied. The Kid's Club room is not staffed at all times therefore we suggest not leaving your child unattended. There are security cameras in the Kid's Club room allowing you to keep an eye on your child from the viewing lounge for additional peace of mind.
No, we offer use of our gym area and the equipment by private lesson only.
Yes, but you do not have to pay for an open area unless you are requesting that the netting be pulled back and that the hitting machines and L-screens are relocated. Our layout is designed to accommodate multiple baseball/softball teams inside sharing tunnels for hitting, pitching/catching and throwing. If a coach is requesting a larger area of field play (such as for soccer or football) those areas are for rent by the square footage. All practice areas must be reserved and paid for in advance and are subject to our cancellation policy.
We do understand that accidents/injuries happen as well as family dynamics that entail a player/participant being gone for extended periods such as an entire summer. We do not offer refunds but in those case-by-case circumstances, please fill out a membership freeze form at the front desk or online and we will be glad to deactivate/freeze your membership for up to 90 days.
Absolutely! We do offer discounts for paying full amounts upfront for longer term memberships (such as a three (3) month, six (6) month, or twelve (12) month memberships) but if you are paying monthly on auto-pay and choose to cancel at anytime just let managment know and we will cancel your autopayments in our stytem.
