Born in Oregon and raised in Colorado, Anna Kinsella’s journey eventually led her to Florida, where she built both a family and a deep connection to the youth sports community. It was in Colorado that she met her husband, Chris, and together they later chose to make the Sunshine State their home.
Anna’s passion for baseball and softball grew organically through her children’s involvement in the sports. As a dedicated and enthusiastic supporter in the stands, she gained a firsthand appreciation for the values these games instill, including teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and the importance of community. Those experiences shaped her commitment to creating positive, enriching environments for young athletes and their families.
Academically accomplished and highly driven, Anna holds an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. Her strong educational foundation reflects her work ethic, leadership mindset, and lifelong dream of helping build and operate a successful family business.
With exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a tireless commitment to excellence, Anna plays a vital role in advancing the mission and daily operations of Volusia Sports Center. Her dedication helps ensure the facility remains a welcoming, well-run space where athletes can grow, families feel supported, and the community continues to thrive.

A lifelong passion for baseball has shaped Chris Kinsella both on and off the field. From an early age, the game taught him invaluable life lessons rooted in confidence, humility, discipline, and respect for others, lessons that continue to guide his leadership today.
Motivated by a genuine desire to give back, Chris has dedicated more than 15 years to coaching youth sports. His commitment goes beyond wins and losses, focusing instead on character development, teamwork, and helping young athletes build confidence that carries into everyday life.
In 2020, Chris and his family relocated to Florida, beginning an exciting new chapter. Alongside his wife, Anna, and their children Savannah, Isabelle, Beau, and Adilynn, the Kinsella family quickly embraced Florida’s outdoor lifestyle and strong sense of community.
That commitment to service led to the founding of Florida Diamond Athletics Inc., a competitive travel baseball and softball program designed to provide young athletes with high-level training, meaningful competition, and opportunities to grow through tournament play across the state.
With a strong background in management, event planning, and precision scheduling, Chris is proud to continue serving the youth sports community through his leadership at the Volusia Sports Center, where his focus remains on creating a positive, structured, and development-driven environment for athletes and families alike.
