Important Update: Flex Passes Now Only Offer Eight (8) 30-Minute Sessions
To make things easier and more straightforward, we’ve updated our system.
From now on, all Flex Passes will only provide eight (8) 30-minute sessions.
If you want to book an hour, you can simply schedule two 30-minute sessions back-to-back. This is the only option moving forward.
Here’s what you need to know:
Our new Square package system automatically tracks your session usage, remaining sessions, and expiration date, so you/we don’t have to worry about keeping count. Everything is handled for you through the Square system.
When booking, you can still book a 30-minute or 1-hour session. However, if you need an hour, you will need to book two 30-minute sessions back-to-back using your Flex Pass.
You don’t need a physical punch card to use your Flex Pass, but if you’d like one, they’re available for pick-up at the front desk.
The Flex Pass is for one person only. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not valid past the expiration date.
If you reserve a tunnel and can’t make it, please cancel your reservation online or call us at 386-872-0571 to cancel at least one hour before your reservation time. Please note: You cannot cancel or reschedule online within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you need to cancel within this window, you must contact us directly, or you will lose one of your Flex Pass sessions.
