Colin Lombardoni is a seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. In the weight room, Colin utilizes a variety of techniques and equipment, including Olympic and power lifts, dumbbell and kettlebell complexes, water bag reactive work, BOSU ball and balance pad exercises, resistance bands (handles, J's, loops), weighted vest bodyweight calisthenics with bars and rings, and sport-specific landmine movements. His approach is designed to enhance strength, balance, and overall fitness, making workouts both effective and engaging.
As a recovery expert, Colin employs a range of methods to aid in muscle recovery and injury prevention. His recovery regimen includes ATG patterns and weighted yoga mobility, stick mobility stretching, resistance band stretches, massage guns, rollers, scraping, flossing, blood flow restriction bands, manual stretching, vibration pad pressure, TENS electronic stimulation, arm care, leg compression techniques, and the use of an inversion table. These techniques ensure that clients can maintain their health and well-being, recover quickly, and prevent injuries.

Jake Mosteller grew up in Delran, New Jersey, and graduated from Delran High School in 2012. He pursued his passion for the culinary arts by attending Le Cordon Bleu. Combining his appreciation for nutrition and health, he then obtained his personal training certification through ISSA.
As the Operations Manager of VSC Nutrition, Jake is passionate about sharing the #1 meal replacement shake in the world and overseeing the adult group fitness program at the Volusia Sports Center.
Throughout his athletic career, Jake has played wide receiver and linebacker in football, played baseball, engaged in boxing, and excelled in weightlifting. His love for lifting and dedication to fitness is matched by his enjoyment of spending time with his wife, two puppies, and playing video games. In his free time, Jake loves to draw and hone his artistic skills.
Jake comes from a family with an older brother who is an auto mechanic and surfing enthusiast. Matt Sparling is a dedicated NASM-certified personal trainer committed to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether you're a child, adult, or senior, Matt's personalized training programs are designed to meet your specific needs and aspirations.
Matt's journey in fitness began at Matanzas High School, where he graduated in 2016 after an impressive athletic career. As both an outfielder and pitcher, he earned titles such as Most Valuable Pitcher and Player in 2015 and 2016, Saint Johns All-Region Player in 2015 and 2016, and was an Athlete of the Year nominee in 2016. His athletic excellence continued at Daytona State College, where he was a JUCO All-Star. Matt furthered his education at Florida Atlantic University, earning a degree in Public Management, receiving the National Player of the Week award, and eventually signing with the San Diego Padres in 2021.
Matt's training philosophy is rooted in creating customized fitness plans that are both effective and enjoyable. He works with a diverse range of clients, from children as young as 8 to adults up to 98 years old. His expertise spans various areas, including weight loss, muscle building, strength training, and overall fitness improvement. Matt's workouts are tailored to each individual's goals, ensuring that every client receives the personalized attention they need to succeed.
