You will receive a text and/or email confirming or declining your request.
If your request is declined, please try selecting a different day or time first, as instructor availability may not always be up to date.

Non-Members must select the NON-MEMBER rate in the dropdown menu.
If you book at the Member rate but are NOT a Member, we reserve the right to charge your card for the difference.

A signed liability waiver must be on file to access the facility/property, this includes all family friends and spectators,

With more than a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Chris Parks has dedicated his career to unlocking human potential and elevating performance at every level. His journey has led him to work alongside professional and collegiate athletes, including collaborations with Olympic silver medalists—experiences that reflect both his expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

As a high school coach, mentor, and personal trainer, Chris is driven by a deeper purpose: to inspire lasting transformation. He believes true performance is built through a powerful connection of mind, spirit, and body, and he instills that philosophy into every athlete and individual he works with.

📌 All lessons must be paid for in advance, including cash payments.

Rescheduling a Lesson

You may submit a rescheduling request online through the booking software.
You can also contact us directly at 386-872-0571 or use the Square Messaging System for the fastest response.
If you have previously communicated with your instructor and have their direct contact information, you may also reach out to them.

24-Hour Rescheduling Window

You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
After the 24-hour window closes, the system will automatically lock you out from making any changes.
If locked out, you will need to contact Volusia Sports Center or your instructor directly to request a change.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel on the same day, instructors reserve the right to retain the full payment as compensation for the missed lesson.
No-call, no-shows will receive no refunds or reschedules under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel day-of on a weekday before 12 noon, use the Square Messaging System or email volusiasportscenter@gmail.com for assistance.

We appreciate your understanding—our instructors’ time is valuable, and this policy helps ensure fairness for both instructors and clients.

Pricing Discrepancy Policy

If the price charged at checkout for your lesson does not match the price posted on our website, it is your responsibility to contact the Volusia Sports Center immediately to report the discrepancy. Failure to do so may result in your card being charged for the price difference without further notification.

⚠️ Note: This policy does not apply to specials or discounts—such as the Instructor of the Month promotion ($15 off the non-member 1-hour rate)—which are automatically applied at checkout.
