Arrival / Warm-Up / Daily Focus
- Mobility, stretch, mental prep, goal setting
9:00 – 11:30 AM (2.5 Hours)
Academic Block (Monday–Thursday)
- Structured coursework
- Focused, distraction-free learning environment
- Accountability check-ins
Friday (Academic Adjustment):
- No formal academic bloc
